We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Shipping

We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds and Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item received is damaged during shipping or is materially different from what was ordered. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all sports cards, memorabilia, and autographed items. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors and conditions may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Authenticity

While we make every effort to ensure the authenticity of our products, particularly autographed items and memorabilia, items are sold as described. Any authentication certificates or documentation provided by third-party services are included where applicable.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.
